Returns

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or incorrect

Refunds are issued only for the item price paid, excluding any additional service or delivery charges where applicable.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Return Shipping
